Fragmentations of Experience 2006
Project description
Fragmentations of Experience was my first projection work to come off the wall and utilise 3D space. This work explores video’s role in the break down of public and private boundaries and the literal fragmentation of experience that real time screen based mediums cause. The work also provokes the viewer to question the ways in which they perceive themselves and why the decision is made to keep certain human realities taboo or private.
